Loring is the Hub of our Neighborhood.

Loring is where our community gathers for school, for events, and for each other. Closing doesn’t just move students, it hollows out our neighborhood.

An Anchor in Uncertain Times

Loring has long been an anchor and a safe haven for our community - a place of stability during challenging socio-political times. Our kids and our families deserve a chance to have their voice heard. For many, Loring has been exactly that sanctuary, year after year.

34%

Of families surveyed by Minneapolis Families for Public Schools said they’d leave the district if their school is closed or merged.
